All our students in the school perform various dance routines/exercises throughout the day and showcase what they get up to in their lessons each week. The ‘Medal Day’ enables parents to see not only their child’s progress but also an opportunity to watch some of the higher grades and age groups to which they will eventually transition to.
All the students love this event, as there is no pressure and it’s a lovely way to have some fun to perform to smaller audiences in a theatre setting.
After each section, an Independent Adjudicator makes her selections for each class and awards medals & certificates.
All students are invited back at the end of the day for a ‘trophy presentation’ to be awarded to selected students.
